Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Can I add to my order?

In the interest of achieving the fastest possible delivery, orders go straight into production. Therefore it is not possible for us to add prints to an existing order. Please place an additional order and be assured it will be sent as quickly as possible.

I want to change my order

It is difficult to stop an order as they go straight into production. We will though endeavour to cancel the order if you email us immediately, so you can place a correct order.

Where are you located?

We are located in Sydney and our production factory is in Marrickville, NSW.

Shipping

Most orders are produced within days and then will be with you within a week, depending on where you live and what you ordered.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order (please check your spam if it doesn't land in your inbox). You will also receive a shipping notice with tracking number as soon as we ship your prints. Most orders are shipped within days and are with you within a week depending on where you live and what you ordered.

Order confirmation, invoice and tracking details are all sent to you by email. If you don’t receive them or you cannot find a shipping confirmation that is due, please send us an email and will have a look.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for orders under $75 is $14.95. Orders $75 or over are shipped for FREE using Standard Shipping.

Can you ship by Express Post?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer Express Shipping. If you are in a rush and need your print urgently, contact us and we can see what we can do to help.

Do you ship overseas?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. However, if you live overseas and are after a print from us, we would love to hear from you. Email us at info@thesmallstudio.com.au and we can see what we can do.

What if my print was damaged in transit?

Simply send us a photo of the damaged prints and parcel and your order number and we get replacement printed straight away.

Returns

Am I able to return?

All of our prints are made-to-order and therefore returns are not accepted, except in cases where you have received an incorrect print or an error has been made on our end. If the print looks like it has been damaged in transit, simply send us a photo of the damaged prints and parcel and your order number and we get a replacement printed straight away.

What size should I buy?

What paper do you use?

We've curated a selection of two high quality paper stocks that we believe enhance the artwork and is well suited to all types of framing. Read the paper descriptions listed on the product pages or our Paper Stock Guide to learn more about each option.

Do the prints arrived framed?

No - all the prints available to shop at The Small Studio arrived unframed.

While frames are not included with your purchase, it's actually less expensive to pick up your own reusable frames at your local shops. Still unsure? Visit our Framing Tips
